Content on this site (including the Readiness Check, curriculum descriptions and FAQs) is general educational guidance based on published APC requirements at the time of writing. Requirements, dates and fees change: always verify against the current RICS candidate guide and pathway guide for your region. We make no guarantee of assessment outcomes.

The Readiness Check

The APC Readiness Check is a self-assessment tool. Results reflect your own answers and our published weighting model; they are a planning aid, not a prediction or an official assessment.

Programme details

Cohort dates, pricing and programme contents shown on this site are indicative while the founding cohort is in development and are confirmed at enrolment. Joining the priority list creates no obligation on either side.

Purchases & refunds

Digital products such as the APC Playbook come with a 30-day refund: if it isn’t useful, email us and we’ll refund you. Cohort places carry the guarantee published on the Programme page. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

The APC Ready™ name, our materials and the content of this site are our intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial use only without written permission.
