APC Ready (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

Priority list & email updates: your email address (and first name if you give it), the source of your signup, and (if you opted in) your consent to weekly emails. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link.

The Readiness Check: your answers are processed in your browser to calculate your result. They are not transmitted to us unless you choose to request your report by email, in which case we receive your email address, your scores and stage (not your individual answers).

Employer enquiries: the details you send us by email (name, work email, company, message). Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers. Any analytics we use is privacy-preserving and cookieless.

Storage & processors

Email data is held by our email service provider and is only used for the purposes above. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact us at hello@apcready.com.
